This home consists of the following:
Double Entrance hall. The main living area and main bedroom are upstairs. All three the bedrooms are en suite with bidet, basin, toilet, shower and bath. The main bedroom has a dressing room.
Office and laundry are downstairs. Laundry has a raised bath with doggy door.
Downstairs there are two en suite bedrooms and a large living room - possibility of changing an area into a kitchette thus making two living areas or two apartments sharing the entrance - great for Granny flat. This bottom living room leads onto the pool area. Very private.The kitchen and other living room are upstairs, as is the dining room - wonderful views all around. Pantry.
Upstairs guest toilet.
Stacking folding doors open up the front of the living room onto the deck with ocean views.
Outside shower and toilet with basin.
Features: All new gas and electic Siemens hob, Bosch Oven, Samsung double door fridge/freezer. Room for dishwasher.
